Track how your notifications are performing to optimize for better results.

Metrics Tracked

Impressions

How many times the notification was shown to visitors.

Clicks

How many times visitors clicked on the notification or CTA button.

Dismissals

How many times visitors closed the notification without clicking.

Click Rate

Percentage of impressions that resulted in clicks (clicks / impressions).

Viewing Analytics

Go to Dashboard > Sites > [Your Site] > Notifications

Click on any rule to see its analytics

View metrics for the last 7, 30, or 90 days

Interpreting Results

| 0-1% | Consider changing the message or timing |

| 1-3% | Average performance |

| 5%+ | Excellent - this notification resonates |

Optimization Tips

Check if the rule is active

Verify trigger settings aren't too restrictive

Ensure the page gets enough traffic

Improve your call-to-action
