Create professional-looking invoices that match your brand.


Default Template


Deiza's default template includes:

  • Your business name and logo
  • Client information
  • Itemized services
  • Totals and taxes
  • Payment terms
  • Due date

    • Customizing Templates


    Business Information

  • Go to Settings > Invoice Settings
  • Add/update:

    • - Business name

    - Logo

    - Address

    - Phone

    - Email

    - Website


    Appearance

  • Colors: Match your brand
  • Font: Professional typography
  • Layout: Arrange sections

    • Default Settings

  • Payment terms (Net 15, Net 30, etc.)
  • Tax rate
  • Default notes
  • Footer text

    • Saving Templates


    Create templates for common jobs:

  • Create an invoice
  • Click Save as Template
  • Name your template
  • Reuse for similar jobs

    • Example Templates


  • Service Call: Single service, flat rate
  • Project: Multiple line items, milestones
  • Retainer: Recurring monthly service
  • Estimate: Quote before work begins
