Customize how invoices work for your business.


Business Details


Configure what appears on invoices:

  • Business name
  • Logo (recommended: 300x100px)
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • Email
  • Website URL

    • Default Values


    Payment Terms

  • Due on receipt
  • Net 15 (15 days)
  • Net 30 (30 days)
  • Custom

    • Tax Rate

  • Default tax percentage
  • Tax-inclusive or exclusive pricing
  • Multiple tax rates

    • Currency

  • Select your currency
  • Format (symbol position, decimals)

    • Numbering


    Invoice Numbers

  • Starting number
  • Prefix (e.g., INV-)
  • Format (INV-001, INV-2024-001)

    • Automatic Numbering

    Invoices are numbered sequentially


    Notes & Terms


    Default Notes

    Text that appears on every invoice:

    Thank you for your business!


    Payment Terms

    Legal/payment terms:

    Payment due within 30 days.

    Late payments subject to 1.5% monthly interest.

    Email Template
