  • Open a contact's profile in your CRM
  • Scroll down to the Email Thread section
  • Click the Compose button
  • Enter the recipient email (pre-filled with contact email)
  • Add a Subject line
  • Write your Message
  • Click Send

  • The email is immediately sent via your platform and saved to the contact's profile.
