    Lead List

  • All contacts in one place
  • Sortable by date, name, status
  • Quick search
  • Filter by status

  • Lead Statuses

  • New: Just came in
  • Contacted: You've reached out
  • Qualified: Good potential customer
  • Proposal: Quote/proposal sent
  • Customer: They've paid you!
  • Lost: Didn't convert

    Click any lead to see:

  • Contact information
  • Communication history
  • Notes
  • Related invoices

  • Where Leads Come From


    Leads are automatically captured from:

  • Your Deiza website contact forms
  • Quote request forms
  • Email inquiries (with email integration)

  • You can also add leads manually.
